Face to face Yoga classes
Due to the relaxing of government restrictions I am delighted to announce the re-starting of face-to-face classes.
Tuesday evenings at Harwell Village Hall is an uplifting Hatha Flow class suitable for all abilities. Improve strength, flexibility and balance whilst releasing mental and physical tension. Breath-work, slow flows and simple holds, always ending in deep relaxation designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated.
Further to the current restrictions of social distancing the hall’s capacity is a maximum of 10 people. So if you’d like to attend please get in touch to confirm.
Each week I will be using a random list generator to select the 10 people out of the total who can make that date. I’ll then email those 10 on the Friday night before the following Tuesday with confirmation of their place and details to transfer £8 prior to the class. I feel this is the fairest way while these restrictions are in place – It’s a yogi lucky dip!
