Yoga Unwind at Harwell

A flowing practice to improve strength, flexibility and balance whilst calming the mind through breathwork and relaxation. Every Tuesday from 7.00-8.00pm at Harwell Village Hall.

The last Tuesday of every month will be a ‘Deep Steep’ class from 8.15-9.15pm which will be gentle yoga, pranayama and meditation to create deep relaxation for body and mind.

If you head over to the payment page you can pay for a drop in per class; £10 or a 5 class pass for £40.
